About us
Praia de Santos Villa is a modern property, built in 2017, designed to welcome travelers eager to explore the beauty of our island.

Initially, we rented the villa by individual rooms, operating in a guesthouse style where each guest could book a private bedroom. However, after the pandemic, we discovered that the villa's setup was ideal for hosting groups—whether family, friends, or retreat participants—thanks to its hotel-like amenities combined with spacious common areas perfect for socializing.

As a result, we began offering the entire villa for group rentals, providing an experience akin to having a boutique hotel exclusively for you and your group.
